I am a director and qualified executive in our equity capital markets team, with over 12 years of equity capital markets and corporate finance experience. I lead on our IPO readiness service, providing a complete solution to companies who are considering an equity event in the future. I have advised companies on flotations on AIM, the Official List and AQSE, acquisitions and disposals, fundraises, reverse takeovers and public company takeovers.
I have extensive experience advising private and public companies in fulfilling their growth ambitions, having worked on a variety of projects from raising money for growth businesses, to advising on the sale of public companies, to project managing initial public offerings. I am passionate about working with growth businesses, finding solutions and providing independent and impartial advice to help them across all stages of development.
I have worked across a range of industries, including technology and cyber, professional services, fintech, natural resources, healthcare and food and beverage.
In 2019 I was granted Freedom of the City and I am a liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Distillers.
I am also an officer in the Army Reserve and have served on operations in the UK and overseas.
When I am not working, you can find me walking, running and horse riding in the Surrey Hills, where I live with my wife.
