With more than 25 years' experience in advising growing privately owned businesses, I am an experienced assurance director with a particular focus on companies with an international bias and I help my clients with strategic advice, tapping into Grant Thornton's international network to provide bespoke advice on plans for expansion overseas.

I have a focus on the audit of pension schemes and motor retailers, although I work across companies in all sectors.

Outside of work, I have a passion for sport, both participating (squash, cricket, football) and watching North Ferriby United, Hull KR and Yorkshire CCC. I also enjoy walking (particularly in the Lake District) and rock music.
