Themis Risk is a fast growing, market-leading and unique technology led security risk management group with access to privileged closed source crime intelligence data. The Group consists of two core brands: 

• Perimeter Intruder Detection “PID”, the leading provider of mobile CCTV solutions in the UK, predominantly to construction, infrastructure, and vacant property sectors. 
• The legacy SmartWater Technology ”SWT” business which provides proprietary forensic asset marking liquids. 

The shareholders were seeking additional capital and a partner to further accelerate growth via M&A as well as capitalise on international expansion opportunities, whilst undertaking a de-risking exercise. 

Our team ran a highly competitive process, with much interest coming from private equity before selecting Freshstream as the preferred investment partner. 

We provided a partner led service and project managed the entire sale process from start to finish, identifying the best potential buyers, leading negotiations to maximise shareholder value and resolving issues arising out of negotiations and due diligence to complete the transaction.
