To facilitate the next phase of its expansion, Proco required an international funder who could maximise its debtor book, as well as a partner who could provide ongoing flexibility to match the growth plans of the business.
Following a process led by us, Aurelius Finance Company were selected as a preferred party given the innovative multi-jurisdictional funding solution they proposed. Aurelius is an alternative direct lender, focused on providing financial solutions to small and mid-market firms across Europe, with a lending strategy that means they are able to provide supportive and flexible capital across the whole capital structure.
We worked closely with the management team to assess the range of debt options available to the company, presenting a broad range of funding solutions and assisting in the negotiation of terms with funders throughout the process.
