We are delighted to have advised Knight Frank on the sale of their Residential Asset Management division to Encore

The Residential Asset Management (RAM) division, part of Knight Frank LLP, is a leading provider of premium block and facilities management services for Prime and Super-Prime residential apartment blocks located in Central London.

As part of the transaction Knight Frank transferred approximately 75 RAM staff, including the management team, to Encore in order to continue servicing their existing clients and support Encore’s growth in the sector.

The acquisition by Encore provides a platform and respected team to expand into the Prime and Super-Prime market whilst continuing to support existing clients.

Our corporate finance team advised Knight Frank on the preparation of information, approaching and negotiating with potential buyers, and providing strategic advice around the deal price and structure negotiations - realising a favourable outcome.
