Founded in 1993, HDH has experienced consistent organic growth and has become a go-to advisor on tenant-focused real estate advisory services for an extensive collection of blue-chip clients including: Belstaff, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, J. Crew, Louis Vuitton, Samsung, Sketchers, Tiffany & Co. and West Elm.
We were appointed by HDH early on to expertly manage the sale of the business, based on our extensive experience of working with human capital led and consultancy focussed businesses. We worked closely with the shareholders to assess the strategic options available to them, tailoring the right approach and solution to provide an exciting opportunity that would allow them to continue their growth and expansion plans as part of the wider Newmark Group Inc.
We executed a full scale, cross border sale process, which included a detailed preparation phase incorporating forecast financial modelling, VAT and tax workstreams. This enabled us to navigate the process efficiently throughout and ensure considerable value realisation for the shareholder group.
