The shareholders asked our BSS Corporate Finance team to advise and support them in respect of the sale of the business to Renew Holdings plc.

Renew Holdings plc is a multidisciplinary engineering services company, providing essential engineering services to maintain and renew critical infrastructure networks.

We assisted in the offer negotiations to maximise shareholder value and ensure that the transaction terms and structure met and exceeded the shareholders’ objectives.

We provided support throughout, assisting in project managing various diligence streams and in the locked box negotiations.
