A highly competitive deal process which was completed over a three-week exclusivity period. 

Given the specialist nature of Datum, we focussed on a select number of trade and institutional investors who we felt were best placed to build upon the success of Datum. Our team ran a highly competitive process, with significant strategic interest before selecting UBS as the preferred investor based on a strong investment plan and cultural fit.
