We are delighted to have advised City Chic Collective on their acquisition of JPC United, trading under the Navabi brand.

City Chic Collective Limited (CCX) is an Australian-listed multi-channel retailer, which is home to a range of internationally recognised plus-size brands. The Company remains acquisitive having completed two acquisitions in under a year, with the most recent being JPC United GmbH, trading under the Navabi brand, a German plus size online fashion retailer.

This is the second deal we have advised CCX on, which has provided us with a clear understanding of the Company’s strategic goals.

We project managed this cross-border process from start to finish. Through our in-depth sector experience and strong market knowledge, we identified the target and begun leading initial discussions to ensure the opportunity was correctly positioned.

We also negotiated a favourable deal structure for the buyer, which ensured CCX were protected from any potential risks that were common in this sector.
