My work involves advising businesses on their global indirect tax profile and structures. I support them to navigate the increasingly complex commercial aspects of their businesses, as well as different and nuanced taxation regimes.
My career to date has provided me with fascinating and varied experience: from helping small start-ups understand complex travel VAT law, all the way to working with betting and gaming groups to enter the FTSE 250 and helping large private equity-backed inbound groups enter the UK and EU consumer markets.I'm also involved with various groups with the Treasury and HMRC, consulting on the Tour Operators’ Margin Scheme, gaming and gambling taxes, and COVID-19 hospitality and leisure measures.
I'm lucky enough to live down on the South Coast in Brighton & Hove, where I live with my husband and two little ones. My main loves (apart from these) are food and drinks with family and friends.
