I advise management teams and sponsors on all aspects of a debt raise, leading negotiations with potential lenders, and delivering transactions through to funding. Regular dialogue ensures clients receive step-by-step guidance throughout a process to ensure the facilities that they raise are the best possible in the market, will be fit for purpose, and operate as intended.

I support businesses across all sectors to raise complex debt solutions, facilitating management and private equity buyouts, M&A activity, growth capital, financing EOT buyouts, recapitalisations, refinances, and development projects. I have 12 years of experience in banking: working with private equity, corporates, and owner-managed businesses, has given me a real insight into what lenders require, and I share that experience with clients to help them achieve their goals.

Outside of work, when my wife and I aren't chasing our two young daughters around, I spend time with friends, and play as much squash and padel tennis as possible.
