Alumni community
We process the personal data of our former partners and employees as a part of our National Alumni online community portal. This personal data includes name, employer or business details, job title and role, contact details and any other content or information individuals choose to upload or contribute. Individuals can edit and control the visibility of their personal data on the portal to other users.
Typically, we collect the personal data directly from the individual themselves, from our employment records or from public sources such as public registers, social media and professional networking sites, news articles and internet searches.
Such personal data will be accessible to our people and used for the following purposes:
