I am a partner in our valuations and modelling team, with over 20 years of experience in the professional services industry. I specialise in the valuations of shares, businesses and intangible assets for tax purposes, and have negotiated and agreed hundreds of valuations with HMRC.
My client base has historically been a mixture of private equity houses, asset managers and private companies, to whom I provide advice in respect of areas such as the valuation of management equity plans, valuations of carried interest and co-invest incentives, disputes with HMRC, and corporate restructurings.
I enjoy working collaboratively with other teams such as the tax practice to deliver bespoke advice and solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.
Outside of work, most of my time is taken up by my four young children, but I am also a keen runner, and am Chair of the Governing Board of the local primary school.
