I lead our private equity transaction advisory services in Manchester, comprising vendor due diligence, vendor assist, buyside due diligence and associated services such as advice around carve outs, net working capital, locked boxes and completion accounts reviews.
I have worked in Manchester for close to 20 years - for the majority of this time, I have advised several of the largest and most frequent investors in the region. I have a reputation for providing frank advice and for equipping vendors and investors with the ability to achieve optimal deal values at completion and beyond. The team in Manchester prides itself on providing robust but highly commercial due diligence to local and national PE houses and debt-funders.
I have particular expertise in the TMT, hospitality, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
Outside of work, I have two young sons and enjoy cycling and generally keeping fit. I am a keen traveller and have recently rediscovered my passion for learning new languages.
