I focus on supporting clients, whether that be heads of HR, CEOs or CFOs, with challenges around their people agenda. This could be looking at an operating model in line with a strategic change, or supporting an HR director looking to free up some more capacity to focus on strategic issues. I have eight years’ experience working with clients in both the public and private sector, in delivering transformational change across the people agenda.
Having previously worked in audit, I bring a commercial and financially-focussed lens to the people agenda. This has resulted in a keen interest in measuring the cost, benefits and broader tangible impacts of areas such as culture, organisation design and people-based attrition. I really enjoy working with our experts in reward, training, and diversity and inclusion to create a people strategy that aligns to strategic organisational objectives and is supported by a sound business case.
When I’m not working, I love to travel with my husband and explore locally around the South East of England and UK, and further afield abroad. I’m also a keen sports fan, so I’m happiest when combining travel with going to a bucket list sports fixture.
