I am an indirect tax advisor with over 16 years’ professional experience helping clients on all aspects of their VAT and other indirect tax affairs. In particular, I advise clients on the indirect tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, disposals and IPOs, including tax structuring and due diligence projects. I also provide VAT advice in connection with international supply chain reorganisations.

My present area of focus is in assisting my clients to develop their Brexit contingency plans, including cost mitigation strategies.

Outside of work, I am a keen amateur photographer. I also love to travel and see new places so I can often be found wandering around English Heritage and National Trust sites with my camera at weekends.
