Training within audit, I joined the firm in 2002, and gained experience of working with a variety of clients across a broad range of sectors. I joined the corporate finance team in 2006 and with over 13 years’ experience, I am currently responsible for leading the transaction advisory services team in Scotland.
I have significant experience in financial due diligence and AIM reporting accounting assignments. Reporting to corporates, banks, private equity and management teams, I have worked on various types of transactions including domestic and international corporate acquisitions, disposals, initial public offerings (IPO), management buyouts (MBO) and management buy-ins (MBI’s).
I have a wide range of experience across various industries and sectors, and have a particular interest in the food and drink sector, the technology sector and working with our clients on international assignments. I am passionate about our clients and delivering excellent client service.
In my other key role as a mum, my life outside work revolves around having lots of fun with my young family. I have a real passion for travelling and have visited over 34 countries. When I get the chance for some downtime, I enjoy socialising with friends, keeping fit and practice yoga regularly.
