Established over 17 years ago, Ultimate Security Services Limited (USS) is a leading manned guarding security business based in London, providing services to blue chip clients with an excellent reputation in the market. USS has experienced strong growth over the last 5 years becoming one of London’s premier security firms.

The company services some of the most prestigious buildings in London including the Shard, ‘Walkie Talkie’ and Broadgate Tower. They have over 2,100 full-time employees working at over 200 sites across London. The family shareholders had made the strategic decision to pursue a retirement exit. We were appointed to manage a highly bespoke sale process due to our international facilities management sector knowledge and proven market credentials in delivering a targeted process that maximised shareholder value. 

NOONAN represented a strong commercial fit for USS, looking to build its presence in the UK following its acquisition by Bidvest Group in August 2017. USS represents NOONAN’s first acquisition since the sale to Bidvest. Our corporate finance advisory team provided project management, financial analysis and assistance and negotiation of the key commercial elements of the transaction. This ensured there was no value leakage and that the transaction was managed smoothly, completing within four months. The team utilised their strong international network and intimate sector knowledge to target a shortlist of buyers.
