Albert is a fast-growing, listed, education technology business based in Sweden. It has developed a digital maths tutor for children that is currently used by over 300,000 families.
The shareholders of Sumdog approached us in 2021 to support them in seeking the right acquirer and partner to continue to drive future growth in the business, whilst also allowing the shareholders and investors to realise the equity value they had built.
