Just Ask Estate Services is a market leading provider of cleaning and grounds maintenance services to the social housing sector. Management identified two acquisition opportunities that would provide the business with reference ability in other end sectors, increasing the size of its core addressable market and headroom for growth.
We were appointed to project manage the acquisitions to completion after demonstrating a strong understanding of the facilities management sector and deal execution credentials.
We provided an integrated, one team approach encompassing corporate finance advisory and financial modelling services. This also included coordinating and working closely with the diligence providers and lawyers to ensure a smooth transaction process and robust protections in commercial terms and the acquisition documents.
