Hollings has its head office, warehousing and distribution operations in Skipton, as well as a purpose-built manufacturing facility in Worksop that produces a wide range of pet treats.
Now delivering more than £8m turnover per annum, the business supplies independent pet shops as well as leading retailers and wholesalers.
Our team were engaged by the shareholders to explore a trade sale process of Hollings to facilitate their retirement from the business.
We provided full sell-side corporate finance advisory services to facilitate the sale of the business.
Assisi Pet Care is a new company, and will be based at the Hollings head office in Skipton. It has been established by Peter Mangion to create a meaningful presence in the pet care category in Europe, with the acquisition of Hollings forming the first step in Assisi’s buy and build strategy. Institutional capital sponsorship was provided by Harwood Private Equity.
