We are delighted to have advised Giles Food Limited on their sale to Country Style Foods Limited.

Giles Foods Limited is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of own label, frozen sweet baked products, including buns, Danish pastries and other sweet pastry products, supplying to a number of major food retail and food service customers.

Originally founded in 1977, Giles Foods was acquired by Warburton’s in 2013. Giles Foods became non-core to Warburton’s and we were engaged to act as lead advisors on the sale the business.

We were selected as a result of our sector and local credentials and introduced Country Style Foods Limited, a leading craft bakery business with a track record of making strategic acquisitions.

Country Style Foods was a logical acquirer for Giles Foods due to overlap of customers and products. Our deal experience, relationships and technical capability ensured a seamless process and successful outcome.
