Clear Line is a provider of building envelope solutions across both UK commercial and residential markets. It operates as a primary contractor offering design, supply and installation services for remediation projects.

The business has experienced significant growth in fire remediation works following the Grenfell Tower fire, given specialist knowledge required and political pressures to undertake such work.

We supported Fasadgruppen across a number of areas including, financial, commercial and tax due diligence as well as tax structuring and SPA advisory services.

Supported by our knowledge of the sector dynamics, and working closely with all stakeholders including Clear Line and their advisors (Translink), we were able to rapidly focus on the key issues, enabling insightful and value-add reports to facilitate decision making.

We operated as a seamless deals team to support Fasadgruppen throughout the project, adopting an agile and hands-on approach to ensure the complex deal could be completed within the ambitious timetable.
