6 O’Clock Gin is an award-winning strikingly smooth Gin from artisan spirit experts Bramley & Gage. The history of the business was in the production of liqueurs on the family farm in South Devon. Over the past 30 years, the brand and production methods have been heavily invested in. The premium artisan Gin brand has grown through a number of key relationships with several large distributors and multiples but has remained a family centric business. Our team launched a process to search for an investor to support 6 O’Clock Gin’s international expansion strategy. 

Our corporate finance team ran a full investment process, including international investor research and contact which generated high levels of interest in the sector. We introduced Black Diamond Capital as a potential partner to accelerate continued international expansion of the brand, particularly in North America. 

We provided corporate finance advisory services, enabling a seamless and joined up process for all parties and secured a prosperous future for the business.
