We were approached by Raymond James to assist Aquam Inc with the disposal of AWS, a provider of standpipe management services to the UK water industry
Following a restructuring of Aquam’s business in the UK, AWS went into this process without a full-time CFO or Financial Controller.
Our teams liaised with US-based management and local interim financial resource in order to produce balanced and robust analysis of the business and the opportunities for growth which had been identified.
Our work met the needs of multiple private equity bidders through a competitive process
A late change to the proposed deal perimeter was supported by us being able to quickly expand our work to include a limited scope review of its US based, technology provider, Orbis Intelligent Systems Inc
Completing this deal in the current climate has demonstrated our ability to provide market-leading support to the vendor. Our outputs were held in high regard by those on both sides of the transaction.
