We are delighted to have advised 3XD Limited on their sale to Global Risk Partners Limited.

3XD Limited (3XD) is a specialist insurance provider, offering a range of general insurance products through financial intermediaries. Established in 2006 and based in Ribble Valley, 3XD has grown to become a strong profitable business, with gross written premiums of £12million in 2018.

3XD engaged with us to act as lead advisors on the sale of the business, as a result of our sector, local and trade sale credentials.

We ran a competitive sales process which led to Global Risk Partners (GRP), a UK base insurance intermediary group of businesses delivering local and specialist insurance services backed by national strength, being selected as the preferred bidder. We then carefully project managed the sale process through to completion. Our deal experience, relationships and technical capability ensured a seamless process and successful outcome for all parties.
