I am the head of financial services M&A in our corporate finance practice, leading a team of M&A advisors with strong experience in insurance, asset and wealth management, specialty finance, leasing, mortgages, payments, and fintech.
I specialise in general insurance: working with insurers, Lloyd's managing agents, and intermediaries across a range of strategic advisory and transactional matters.
I bring more than 15 years of financial services specific experience to the advice I give my clients: supporting large corporates, mid-market firms, owner-managed businesses, and private equity houses to execute their respective M&A strategies: acquisitions, disposals, mergers, MBOs, MBIs, and fundraises.
Outside of work, I have two young children who keep me on my toes. I love watching and playing football, having the dubious pleasure of being a Nottingham Forest supporter. When the children allow, I enjoy sampling London’s varied eateries and going to gigs by my favourite 90s and 00s bands.
