Founded in 2011, the business has built a strong reputation in the medical and healthcare sectors, with particular expertise in the medical malpractice, healthcare liability and professional indemnity sectors. 

It operates across the wholesale, retail, Managing General Agent (‘MGA’) and reinsurance markets, providing clients with tailored insurance solutions across the globe.

The acquisition strengthens SRG’s ability to deliver specialist solutions to clients operating in increasingly complex and evolving risk environments, while expanding its presence across key international markets.

Using our in-depth insurance sector experience and knowledge, we focussed on a select number of trade buyers that we believed were best positioned to deliver a strong strategic fit for the Superian business and achieve the optimal outcome for its shareholders, in line with their transaction objectives.

We led and managed all workstreams through to completion,  including negotiations and overall process management, delivering a successful result for the client.
