Based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, Agility Fleet Holdings is an award-winning national provider of vehicle finance solutions to businesses across the UK. Agility manages a fleet of c.1,200 vehicles, comprising a mix of cars and light commercial vehicles.

Driveway Vehicle Solutions (formerly known as Pendragon Vehicle Management) is the fleet and leasing arm of Lithia UK, one of the UK’s leading automotive retailers.

The acquisition of Agility further strengthens Driveway’s market position and supports its ambition to scale rapidly. 

Using our in-depth sector experience and knowledge, we focussed on a select number of trade buyers that we believed were best positioned to deliver a strong strategic fit for Agility and achieve the optimal outcome for its shareholders, in line with their transaction objectives.

We led and managed all workstreams through to completion including negotiations and overall process management, delivering a successful result for the client.
