Learning programmesDevelop certified workplace coaches through this Level 5 apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with BPP. Designed for aspiring and current coaches, the 12-month programme blends neuroscience-based coaching techniques, emotional intelligence, and workplace models. Learners gain practical skills in contracting, listening, and questioning, with access to BPP’s virtual learning environment and a peer network of 100+ coaches. Fully funded via the Apprenticeship Levy.
