I work in our business consulting team, specialising in our information technology advisory services group. I joined the firm in 2005 having previously gained line and operational management experience and acted in M&A leadership roles within the telecoms, IT and technology sectors. My previous roles have included customer services and support, network engineering and technical training.
As part of a corporate M&A team, I was responsible for more than 30 acquisitions and divestitures over a four-year period. I have worked in a number of countries across Western and Eastern Europe, North America and the Middle East, and on projects in South America and Asia.
I provide operational improvement and cost reduction services, due diligence, transition planning and business integration services to PE houses, the public and private sector. I specialise in supporting clients within the technology and IT disciplines, in both the operational and deal-related environment, working with clients to drive improvements and increased value from the use of technology and digital solutions within their operating model.
