I am a chartered accountant and JIEB-qualified with over 15 years’ experience advising corporates, lenders and other stakeholders. I am known for my collaborative and pragmatic approach to each assignment, working with stakeholders to maximise the benefit for all involved.
My work often involves businesses in some form of distress, including those experiencing cash flow challenges, underperformance or requiring a debt refinance. I also regularly work with growing businesses that may be seeking additional funding to support growth or refinance existing debt facilities and provide advice to support accelerated M&A transactions.
I work across various sectors with recent experience in real estate, financial services and manufacturing. I am also part of our national ABL advisory team working with lenders and corporates to undertake pre-lend reviews, options assessments and short term cash flow reviews.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking in the Saddleworth hills and am a life-long Manchester United fan.
