I advise shareholders at the point they are going through a transformational transaction, whether that it is a full sale, obtaining minority investment or making a sizable acquisition. I am fortunate to work as part of the leading M&A team in the UK, bringing together regional presence, deep sector expertise and a full service offering in a way that is unique in the market.

My role includes leading Grant Thornton’s M&A focus across the South West and also within key healthcare subsectors on a national basis, including Medical Products and Private Healthcare Services. I have over 10 years’ experience advising clients on the full range of different types of transactions.

Outside of work I enjoy listening to live music, playing a broad range of sports badly and getting into the great outdoors, including rock climbing and surfing. With a teenage son, a dog and a cat I’m never short of things to keep me busy!
