As a Director in the TMT space, I find it extremely rewarding to be able to use my private equity and M&A advisory experience to support business owners and management teams to achieve their strategic ambitions, whether that be a sale, acquisition or investment. I enjoy building long-lasting relationships and entrenching myself within businesses and management teams, so that I can provide the most effective advice possible.
I am a Director in our Corporate Finance team, supporting entrepreneurs, corporates, and Private Equity investors with advice across a range of transactions including full or partial sales, acquisitions, fund raisings, investments and refinancing.
I initially joined the firm in 2009 working in restructuring, where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before moving to Corporate Finance.
In 2019, I left Grant Thornton and spent nearly 2 years at a private equity firm, where I gained good experience as an investor including holding a number of board seats, before returning to the firm.
Across this Corporate Finance and Private Equity experience, I have been involved in and led numerous buy-side, sell-side and fund-raising transactions. My sector experience includes Technology, Media and Telecoms, with credentials across various sub-sectors and in particular numerous transactions in the HR-tech, Education-tech and consumer-tech space as well as Private Equity more generally.
Outside of work I am a keen rugby and football fan and struggling triathlete and in reality I spend most of my time chasing my two boys around the house.
