TLC has grown organically to become a best-in-class specialist care provider with over 110 service users across over 40 well invested sites, predominately located in the East of England.

The shareholders of TLC engaged us to act as lead advisors on the sale of the company.

Having worked closely with the management team throughout the transaction, we generated significant interest in the business which led to a fantastic result for the shareholders.
