iPortalis is an award-winning cloud services business with a presence in the UK and US. The business required funding to support its ambitious growth plans, including tripling global headcount and further developing its market-leading technology platform (iPortalis Control Portal) to enable the business to rapidly expand its client base. 

NorthEdge Capital (“NorthEdge”) provided a tailored funding solution that allowed the founders to retain equity control whilst also providing a significant injection of capital.
