Mobile Account Solutions (Holdings) Limited (“MAS”) is a leading independent provider of Mobile and Unified Communications solutions to the UK commercial sector. The business has a strong heritage providing high quality Mobile Solutions in mid-to-large corporates.
In summer 2019, we were approached by Ben Page to explore the possibility of a debt funded MBO of the business. Our team provided a range of services to Ben, including corporate finance fundraising advice, transaction tax, financial modelling and VAT services as part of the deal.
