Founded in 2011, Caburn Group is a global provider of connectivity for M2M/IoT business-critical applications to a number of industries such as telematics, payment terminals and lone worker safety. The group has built a market leading management platform to allow customers to manage their entire SIM estate and monitor all tariffs, types and regions through a single pane of glass.
The business operates in growing sector with compelling market forces leading to an ever increasing demand for M2M/IoT connected devices. The group has grown organically since inception and has secured a strong pipeline of opportunities to deliver further growth. The shareholders engaged us to help realise the value they had built whilst bringing the right strategic partner on board to accelerate the group’s growth profile, whilst maintaining the agile delivery model on which the business was built.
