bChannels International-Channel Services Limited (‘bChannels’), backed by WestBridge Capital, is a market-leading global digital marketing agency, specialising in the ‘Channel’ - a key sales route for its clients which include major technology vendors. This is underpinned by a network of ‘Partners’ who in turn market the products to the ultimate end consumer.
The product suite is underpinned by significant proprietary know-how encapsulated by a unique database formed over years of development and knowledge. With the product and platform having been built out, the shareholders were looking to exit and secure a backer to support management through the next stage of growth.
bChannels has been on a strong growth trajectory and continued to exceed forecasts throughout the process leading to significant competitive tension.

Following a number of offers, The Channel Company, LLC (‘TCC’) were chosen as the preferred bidder having demonstrated their strong strategic fit with bChannels and appetite to grow their UK channel marketing presence, whilst also being able to meet shareholder value expectations.
