Founded in 2016, NRC Medical Experts (“NRC”) provides consultant medical experts to solicitors for the provision of a range of independent medicolegal reports to the courts for high-value, catastrophic injury cases.

NRC has earned a prestigious reputation for quality in the medicolegal market resulting in considerable growth.

The shareholders were keen to provide succession to the business and find a buyer that could assist it to continue to flourish. They therefore engaged Grant Thornton to act as lead advisers on the sale.
