I have close to 14 years of experience advising businesses internationally. In particular I provide valuations of businesses, listed and unlisted securities, intangible assets and financial instruments. I also have experience in providing M&A advisory from deal initiation to deal completion. My valuation work is mainly for restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, listing, impairment testing of goodwill, litigation, tax and statutory accounting.
In addition to my current role I look after audit reviews that require valuation expertise which also forms a key part of risk management for the firm. I also work with the South Asia Group on business opportunities.
Key examples of my work include:
My valuation experience covers a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, financial services, business services, manufacturing, technology, government and consumer services. My areas of interest and specialism lie in technology and media.
Outside of work I enjoy travel and exploring new places, have a keen interest in art, theatre and all forms of music. I can also be seen practicing hot yoga regularly.
