I have over 20 years’ financial due diligence experience – primarily focusing on reporting accountant work for capital market transactions.
I joined our transaction advisory services practice in 2001, and have since worked on a wide variety of engagements. However, for the last 10 years I've specialised in reporting accountant work for capital markets transactions, including Main Market/Official List and AIM market IPOs, further issues, Class 1 acquisitions/disposals, and profit forecasts under the Takeover Code.
I lead reporting accountant work on businesses across a wide spectrum of industries: from fashion/lifestyle brands to engineering via information technology and business outsourcing and many other things in between. I've gained substantial experience in closed-ended investment companies, including REITS.
I'm our in-house expert for reporting accountant technical matters. I represent the firm at meetings between the FCA and the major reporting accountant firms, as well as ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty working groups for reporting accountant matters.
When I'm not working I can be found spending time with my wife and two children.
