I focus on third‑party risk management, outsourcing and the oversight of complex supplier arrangements. Within our Business Risk Services team, I work primarily across the second and third lines, carrying out reviews for organisations that use outsourced and co‑sourced internal audit models.
My work covers the assessment of outsourced and intragroup arrangements across technology, cloud and operational services. In Financial Services, this includes reviewing material outsourcing and critical third‑party relationships against FCA, PRA and EBA requirements, and examining how organisations manage suppliers, resilience, governance and service performance. I also provide commercial input on high‑value supplier relationships, helping clients structure contracts and manage issues that arise during procurement and delivery.
Before joining Grant Thornton, I spent more than ten years in senior commercial and finance roles at Atos, negotiating and managing large outsourcing agreements. I now bring that experience into my regulatory audit work and contribute to internal and external discussions on third‑party risk, outsourcing and supplier oversight. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS).
