I have over 25 years’ experience in supporting businesses and their stakeholders, across a wide range of sectors, with advisory engagements, including business reviews, options analysis, refinancing projects and accelerated sale processes. Where necessary, I take formal insolvency appointments and I am licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
Based in our Bristol office, I am part of the firm’s South restructuring team which also includes our Cardiff, Reading and Southampton offices.
I enjoy delivering pragmatic solutions for clients in challenging circumstances, that maximise the preservation of value for shareholders and creditors. Key sector interests include automotive, manufacturing, not for profit, healthcare and leisure. I also have significant experience in working with asset based lending providers and their products.
I am married with three children and enjoy keeping relatively fit. When I have free time I am supporting the ups and downs of Welsh rugby.
