I am part of the UK Tax Leadership Team with responsibility for our Private Capital Tax business. Private Capital Tax focusses on delivering value added services to privately owned, family and investor backed businesses and their owners.
I lead the private capital tax team for the UK, providing quality tax advice at the investor, corporate, and individual level across a variety of sectors.
In addition to having overall responsibility for our private capital tax business, I predominantly lead on complex transactions, involving corporate acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, group reorganisations, debt restructures, and tax-efficient cash extraction.
With more than 20 years experience, my clients including privately-owned businesses and listed companies, as well as smaller, entrepreneurial enterprises, who I advise at all stages of the business cycle, from start-up through to ultimate exit.
