In my role, I collaborate with teams across the firm, both domestically and internationally, to support clients with technology strategy, systems transformation, cyber security, data and analytics and digital innovation. With 25 years of experience, my specialism is in back-office system transformations across finance, HR, and supply chain to help clients realise their ambitions.
Businesses today are navigating an environment where technology and digital can both positively and negatively disrupt existing business models. I work closely with my clients to provide pragmatic advice and solutions that help to protect the business, drive operational efficiencies, create value through improved data and analytics and enable modern ways of working – both internally and with external stakeholders. My extensive experience has taught me the key drivers of successful technology-led change programmes, and I work closely with business leaders to help them avoid common pitfalls in digital transformation.
My clients come from both the private and public sectors, representing organisations of all sizes. What unites them is their dynamic nature and ambition to enhance the quality and efficiency of their service delivery through cutting-edge technology and digital solutions.
Away from work, spending time with my family is my top priority and I’ll take any chance I can to be outdoors chasing around after a ball or frisbee. I can also often be found running (slowly) around the parks and commons of South West London.
