I am a tax partner in our corporate and international tax team, and my focus is on corporate tax advisory, transaction tax and tax compliance for a range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to international, large corporates.
I frequently advise clients on all aspects of tax planning, managing tax governance and risk, tax due diligence and tax structuring. Alongside this, I head up our treasury tax team and have extensive experience in dealing with the taxation of corporate debt and hedging. I have written a number of articles for various tax publications on a range of financing and treasury tax topics.
In my spare time, I enjoy movies, travelling and attempting to brush up on my poor chess skills!
