Sheffield
Associate Director, Public Services Advisory
I deliver financial and commercial advice on energy and environment projects through our net-zero practice – helping both public sector and private sector organisations transition to a lower-carbon future.
My experience includes public sector procurements for renewable energy generation, decentralised energy networks, and waste management.
I've worked with clients and their wider technical and legal advisory teams to develop strong outline business cases for change, design robust procurement strategies and documentation, undertake fair evaluations, and support organisations through to financial close.
My portfolio includes advising central government on low-carbon strategies. For example, I advised the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) on project development guidance for local authorities undertaking heat network business cases and was the lead author of the department's guidebook on financing heat networks in the UK.
Outside of work, I'm a mother of two young boys and a volunteer at Sheffield Renewables.
