I have worked for the firm in the South West for over 11 years. For the last seven years, I’ve worked in our transaction advisory services team, focusing on supporting businesses and individuals through a wide range of transactions, including several public company transactions.
As a director, my day to day involves managing teams of due diligence specialists, whilst acting as the key point of contact for my clients. I have been fortunate enough to have had the experience of advising a wide range of clients including; private equity, debt providers as well as both local and international businesses, as they complete corporate transactions. I have worked on deals for both the buyside and vendors, across a number of different sectors such as; retail, food and beverage, manufacturing and TMT.
My clients appreciate my problem-solving abilities and pragmatic approach in resolving key issues, whilst focusing on their objectives and deadlines. I believe upfront honest communication is key in helping my clients throughout a transaction process.
Outside of work I enjoy playing and watching football, running and hacking my way around a golf course.
