I have over 10 years of experience in providing M&A and strategic advisory services to the mid-market. I've worked with entrepreneurial businesses, owner-managers, banks, private equity, and large corporates across a range of areas, including M&A, debt-raising, and due diligence.
While financial services (insurance, specialist finance, and wealth management) is my primary focus, I’ve completed deals across numerous sectors including business services, TMT, and healthcare.
I'm passionate about working with owner-managed entrepreneurial businesses, utilising my expertise to help them shape their strategic direction and execute their M&A strategies: disposals, acquisitions, mergers, MBOs, or fundraises.
Outside of work, I can be found watching all sports and trying my hand at a fair few, though my young son makes it more challenging to find the time these days.
